Who we are
Levaro Group is the trading name of Levaro Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 15235673), registered office London.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name — so we know who we're speaking with.
- Your work email — so we can reply.
- Your company's revenue range — to understand whether we're a fit.
- The detail you write about your situation or constraint.
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We don't use these to identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether and how we might work together. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request prior to potentially entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
Where it's stored, and who processes it
Enquiries are recorded in Google Workspace — stored in a Google Sheet and sent to us by email. Google acts as our data processor for this. The website is hosted on cPanel infrastructure provided by our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
Our website also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests these files from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the providers' standard data-protection safeguards.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We don't profile visitors or follow you across other sites. The site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential engagement. Where no working relationship follows, we delete it within [e.g. 24 months]. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello (at) levarogroup.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you believe we've handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
